Terms & Condition

1. Booking Confirmation:
– All bookings made with Discover My Trip are subject to availability and confirmation.
– A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.

2. Cancellation Policy:
– Cancellations made 15 days or more prior to the trip date will be eligible for a refund, minus a cancellation fee of Rs. 300 per head.
– No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 15 days before the trip date.
– Refunds will be processed according to our Refund Policy.

3. Customer Conduct:
– Customers are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully towards fellow travelers, tour guides, and local communities.
– Any disruptive behavior, misconduct, or violation of local laws and regulations may result in immediate termination of services without refund.

4. Check-in and Check-out:
– Customers are required to adhere to the check-in and check-out timings specified for each trip.
– Late arrivals or early departures may result in forfeiture of services or additional charges.

5. Responsibility:
– Discover My Trip acts only as a tour operator and does not assume any responsibility for injuries, damages, losses, delays, or cancellations caused by third-party service providers, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances.
– Customers are advised to purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen events or emergencies.

6. Health and Safety:
– Customers are responsible for ensuring their fitness and suitability for the activities included in the trip itinerary.
– Discover My Trip reserves the right to deny participation in activities to customers deemed unfit or unprepared.

7. Changes and Modifications:
– Discover My Trip reserves the right to modify trip itineraries, accommodations, or transportation arrangements as necessary, with or without prior notice.
– Customers will be informed of any significant changes to their bookings as soon as possible.

8. Communication:
– Customers are required to provide accurate contact information during the booking process.
– Discover My Trip will communicate important trip details, updates, and notifications via email, SMS, Whatsapp, or phone call.

9. Feedback and Complaints:
– Customers are encouraged to provide feedback and report any concerns or complaints during or after the trip.
– Discover My Trip will make every effort to address and resolve customer issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
